November/December Story Times






Special Story Time -- Teaching Proper Nutrition to Toddlers


"Ever Taste a Rainbow?", a program that promotes eating more fruits and vegetables as part of a healthy diet, is to be presented at the Library. A representative from the Bergen County Health Department will read a story to children that explains why eating a "rainbow" is so important. This very exciting program is best for kids ages 2-6 and is free of charge.

Friday, December 4th at 1:00 PM.

Lap-Sit Story Time (aka "Toddler Time")

For ages 18 months - 3 years

30-minute sessions for children who will attend with a parent or caregiver

Stories, a craft and playtime are included

Mondays or Tuesdays at 10:30 AM

Classes begin the week of October 26th and run for four weeks



Pre-Readers Story Time

Ages 3 years to pre-k.

A special class for those who can attend without a parent or caregiver.

30-minute class includes stories, songs, a craft and playtime.

Mondays or Tuesdays at 2:00 PM

Classes begin the week of October 26th and run for four weeks



November Drop-Ins

For all ages. No sign-up. JUST DROP IN

Drop-In Baby Time (6-24 months)

November 13th at 10:30 AM

Story Time

November 30th at 2:00 PM

SIGN-UP IS REQUIRED for some of these programs. Each child may be registered in only ONE session. Space is limited, so please sign-up early! Allendale residents are given priority. We hope to see you there!
