Book Clubs
The 2nd and 3rd Grade Book Club
A Club for Allendale residents in 2nd and 3rd grades who love books and want to talk about them, make new friends, and enjoy a snack!
How Does the Club Work?
*Get it! Pick up a copy of the book we will be reading for the next meeting at the Library. When you check the book out, sign the Book Club sheet to let us know you'll be at the meeting.
*Read the book! You can either read the book alone, with a friend, or even have it read to you by someone else. Try to remember your favorite parts of the book and what you liked and didn't like about it.
*Come to the meeting! At the meeting, we will talk about the book as a group and enjoy a snack. You will also be able to pick up the next book that we will read.
Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, November 24th at 4:00 PM.
We will be reading The Invisible Dog by Dick King-Smith.
Pick up a copy from the Library. Books are now available.
The 4th and 5th Grade Book Club

*Come to the meeting! At the meeting, we will talk about the book as a group and enjoy a snack. You will also be able to pick up the next book that we will read.
The next meeting will be on Monday, November 23rd at 4:00 PM.
We will be reading The Indian in the Cupboard by Lynne Reid Banks.
