Thanks to two grants, Lee Memorial Library is in the process of installing new
lighting throughout the building. The grants were from the Direct Install Program
and the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Rebate Program. The grants
provided approximately $20,000 in materials and service free to the taxpayers of
Allendale!
This improvement will make us more energy efficient with better lightning, no longer
buzzing in the stacks, and was accomplished without any cost to our taxpayers.

NEXT FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY MEETING -- FEBRUARY 15TH
The next meeting of the Friends will be our annual lunch and movie get-together on February 15th at 12:30 PM in the Quilt Room. The movie will be "The Help".
